The IRS is illegal

Every once in a while, you come across a nice documentary that explores all the facts and turns the world upside down. In this case; it puts the world back up the way it was always supposed to be.

So go grab a bite to eat, get yourself a beverage, get your notepad and pen out, put your feet up, and prepare to have your world set back straight:

The IRS is not only unconstitutional, it is illegal. The 16th amendment does not give the government the right to tax our labor, it never has. Fear for the past 100 years has been the main drive for taxation on our labor. Not facts, and not the law. Mob rule took over and we have been living under fascism for the better part of the last century. There is no law on the books that mandates that you must pay income tax.

Pass the documentary around, show your friends, show your neighbors. Oh…and vote for the one candidate that actually understands your liberties and the Constitution. Vote for the one candidate that wants to abolish the IRS, vote for Ron Paul!

    1. Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear. – Thomas Jefferson

      1. I believe I am a humble instrument in the hands of our heavenly Father; I desire that all my works and acts may be according to his will; and that it may be so , I give thanks to the Almighty and seek his aid. –

  1. unfortunately, and don’t quote me, but one of them newer kinda ammendments to the ammendments things… the ones outlawed by the 9th which is utterly ignored for the most part… actually states that in times of war, income taxes are quite legal… =) not saying i agree with it any… but for it’s intent let’s review… beginning withhhh oh the french and indian war, cherokee war, revolutionary war, franco-american naval war, barbary, war of 1812, creek war, texas independence, mexican american war, civil war, spanish-american, (lol skip ahead anytime u get the idea).. ohh the first ww, and of course wwii, korean war, vietnam war, bay of pigs (cuba [lol get the idea yet?])… Grenada, panama, persian gulf, bosnia and herzegovina, afghanistan and oops, one more 🙂 Iraq… suffice to say, the wording can be written anyway possible… but career politicians make it their life’s work to find new definitions xD God bless you American people and may God have mercy on your poor, pathetic, blind amd ignorantly conplacent little souls. lol and Fema, here I come xD

    1. Levying taxes is quite legal, and many of the taxes we pay are. But the one tax that is illegal is tax upon your labor. The 16th amendment states: ‘The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.’ Which does not state that your labor can be taxed. Also the 16th amendment was illegally ratified as the states did not approve it by a 3/4 majority. See this article: http://www.givemeliberty.org/features/taxes/notratified.htm Since the 16th was never legally ratified, and even if it was, it still does not say that your labor can be taxed, it does not count. The IRS, like the Fed is a private owned corporation, and should have nothing to do with your money. Here are some more arguments about taxation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_protester_constitutional_arguments

      1. Don’t mince words now, I in no way pose an argument to what you are saying… I just came to realize how it is they work through the system, which better helps me understand how to stop them… can’t kill a virus until you know how it feeds.

      2. I explained the illegality of the income tax previously. I’m glad to see this argument repeated. When this fact finally “comes out” to the general public, if I were a banker or IRS bureaucrat I’d have my plane ticket ready.

  2. I just cannot understand how some Idot at some point in time said Oh let’s tax lotteries as if they were income ,and not a one time winning . I would be willing to say it had to be a Repub ,as they are the only Idots ,that could do such idiotic a gesture. I think we need to recall all of congress, and not leave a single person there that has been in office more than 2 years. Join Clear Congress.com
